This paper proposes an optimized, gravity-looped water network for tented camps as a replacement of the trucking method, which depends on conveying from resource to tanks set up within by trucks, allowing people carry through containers their tent; this method is used supply live in with when providing cannot be met other ways. The
 cost installing minimized using Linear Programming select pipe diameters commercially available pipes. The proposed was developed Alperovits and Shamir (1977) modified Goulter Coal (1986); linear formulations were solved MATLAB, builds upon results obtained EPANET. Tulol camp, located Syria, chosen case study, being supplied trucking. Diameter changes, after optimization, are observed where total pipes decreased 9.75%.
